It's Official!

Yep that's right folks. Baby #3 will be joining our family in April!

What is it with kids and dipping ANYTHING into EVERYTHING? It grosses me out sometimes, but, they sure don't seem to care!

I wish.......

O.K. so, when I first learned about these magnificent devices, I wasn't sold. I didn't like the price for one, the fact that you STILL had to pay to download books after the price, and I wasn't crazy about the idea of "no-more-books".

HOWEVER! I am soo sick of waiting around for countless events/functions/appointments and wishing, I had brought a book. And knowing that the reason my book didn't make it into my bag was because there's no room after, the diapers, the wipes, the snacks, the (empty:)wallet, the Cookie Lee catalogs etc... AHH! !f only I had a Kindle it would not only slide right in, it's soo light it wouldn't add to the weight of my already a TON pack!

AND IF! I did decide for once to pack the heavy book, by the end of the day it's soo beat up, torn, or sat upon that......I just want to cry because, "that was my book!"

SO my conclusion is, that this and only this is on my (fictitious) Christmas in July wish list this year! :-)

Gone Fishin

For the Holiday Weekend we headed up to Bartlett Lake. IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOO HOT! But so much fun! Who knew the Salcido's were campers??
